Indexed In Google In 5 Minutes!

by thrandur on January 7, 2008

I am completely stumped by this…

…after writing a review about the Seven Greatest Lies of Network Marketing and posting it to this blog, I searched for it on Google and what do you know? The page is already in the index after only 5 short minutes!

Indexed In Google In 5 Minutes!

Why – you may ask?

The reason has to have something to do with the way that blogs are favored by Google as well as the Web 2.0 pages that are updated automatically from my RSS feeds.

This is only a tiny step of the many available as you can find out for yourself if you click here to join the Social Power Linking.

very interesting, I wish I knew how that happened

In this case it is probably due to my profiles on the Web 2.0 sites:

Facebook – Technorati – MyBlogLog – StumbleUpon – Reddit – Propeller – Digg – Plime – SlashDot – Newsvine – ShoutWire – Clipmarks

My Web 2.0 Profiles

Hey Thrandur,

I believe you’re absolutely right about the Social Media sites. I’ve noticed, since I’ve joined SPL, that my blogs are being indexed within minutes too. I actually created a post about Bum Marketing that was indexed within approximately 3 minutes by google… no lie. I was blown away, yet, obviously, very excited =)~

Nice work.

You’ll find that if you choose the right long tail keywords for the headline of your post it will get indexed very quickly. Oh yeah – WP on steroids – gotta love it.

Unfortunately I’m not too tight with these guys – lol.

I will definitely continue to dive deep into this stuff – really COOL :)

This is no rocket science. Any high page rank site (3+) is monitored regularly by google, so if there is a link to your new content, it will be posted immediately. google used to be behind the times, even microsoft had quicker data, but not anymore.
