The Lobster House soup is a really tasty treat from the ocean. Use it before the main course for extra special occasions. It takes some work but is well worth the trouble. It tastes really delicious and is great with white wine.

Jack Feka - a fellow SBIer I got to know on board the Freedom - is just starting a site with shrimp recipes. As shrimp and lobster have similar methods of cooking I sent him the recipe replacing lobster with shrimp
